We provide customer support with system location and in most cases will be working directly with the equipment manufacturers to assemble the system. Calibration

TEI provides NIST calibration services for temperature and humidity equipment using traceable Fluke and Vaisala meters.

Upgrading and Rebuilding

TEI provides complete system upgrades, which include control and mechanical systems. We can upgrade to the latest system manufacturers recommendations or custom customer requests.

Startup/Training

New systems can be damaged during shipping or when they are not properly installed. Once installed, TEI does a complete system check and provides you with a full checklist of what is done and found. This ensures any new system is working and installed to the manufacturers’ specifications and is working to your satisfaction. This eliminates almost all questions about a warranty by showing all of the manufacturers guidelines have been followed. Once the new system is up and running our technician will go over proper operation, use, and any ongoing maintenance recommendation by the manufacturer to keep your system running through its full operational life.

Consulting

Prior to your purchase of a new system TEI will provide consultation regarding all your options and make recommendations on the type and style of systems that we feel will best meet your specific needs. This consultation will help reduce extra cost and frustration once the equipment has been installed and testing begins. We can also discuss the testing profiles and setups to assure that your test runs to your expectations.

Decommisissioning and Moving

TEI provides complete system moves if your company is relocating, or decommissioning of an older system. We make sure that all chemicals and gasses have been secured to avoid any accidental releases. If a system is being decommissioned you will receive documentation which will show that almost the entire system has been recycled and all of the chemicals have been recycled or destroyed in the most environmentally friendly way possible, meeting or exceeding current standards.
