Company History

Tittel Enterprises Inc. (TEI) was founded in 1999 in the State of Washington with a mission to service high tech test equipment for manufacturing, research and design customers in the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and Canada. The manufacturers of this equipment where looking for a company to fill a void in the industry which was not being handled by qualified service technicians. Our core business is devoted to the mechanical repair, preventative maintenance, installation and training of personnel who work with this equipment. Working with manufacturers has given us a unique advantage in ensuring warranty requirements are understood and followed. These relationships have also allowed us to have direct input with the equipment manufacturers on designs and upgrades. Because of our years of experience we are able to evaluate your needs and provide recommendations that we feel will meet those needs. Unlike a manufacturer’s sales representative, we do not profit from any equipment sales, allowing us to focus solely on your needs and make our recommendations based on your “bottom line”. We are committed to developing, implementing and advancing the life, stress and failure testing equipment related to the industry. To that end, TEI focuses all its resources on adding value thorough superior customer service while reducing downtime and the cost to the owners and managers of high tech testing equipment.
